Shipping Policy

All Marsh & Manor Studio pieces are carefully packed by hand to help protect the artwork and frame during transit. Because many pieces are vintage framed, oversized, or include glass, shipping costs may vary depending on the size and packed weight of the piece.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the packaged size and weight of your order. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the amount you will pay for shipping.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are packaged as carefully as possible before being dropped off with the shipping carrier. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.

Please keep in mind that carrier delays are outside of Marsh & Manor Studio’s control once a package has been dropped off.

Damaged Orders

I take extra care when packaging every order, especially framed pieces and artwork with glass. However, damage can occasionally happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged artwork or frame
• The shipping box
• Any visible damage to the packaging

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Marsh & Manor Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, please contact me as soon as possible.
